Body By Cindy...aka Cindy Hughes Ripoff, took money and ran Orlando Florida

First of all, no one questions that she doesn't know what she is doing. 
This website is called "Ripoff Report" for a reason...because this is our only recourse for being "ripped off". 

No one really cares how long "you" were going to her.  You had good results, great.  I had good results too...hence why I said that the first month was perfect--no complaints.  Duh. 

I posted this because I feel I was ripped off..

Regarding the cash issue.  There are alternate forms of payment people....not just cash and check.  You mindless retards, you are so selfish that you cannot even think that possibly in my situation, I didnt' want to carry $400 cash all day while I was shuffling between school and work.  Maybe a MONEY ORDER would have been a good possibility?? 

Additionally, you people have no idea how Cindy was with me in particular, and you have no idea what she said to me or how she said she would handle my situation.  All you know is what she has told you. 

This is not a legitimate business licensed in the state of Florida.  There is no recourse except to educate the public of experiences that others have come across with this person and allow the person to decide for themselves. 

Case closed.

I believe you and some of you others need to stop ragging on Cindy.  I have been going to Cindy for over a year now and I do  remember some of you.  

I really hate when people lose their opportunities like this.I was ripoff by Cindy Hughes aka Body By Cindy (not an registered gym or anything). Yes, she could be a great trainer,but you know what? don't trust a personal trainer that doesn't follow their own "professional" advices.Smoking like you were a fireplace when you are training someone it's just unprofessional. Oh, by the way, Kathy P....is it me or you and Cindy Hughes make the same grammatical mistakes? exactly like you were just one person? Maybe it is because you are both, Ms Hughes.Be professional,be trustful and you will be succesful. It is not only a matter of having a great muscled body,guy. LOL...I'm ignorant?  LOL!!!  That's funny.  This post is all over the internet...you have no idea what type of relationship I had with her, and my comments are very much warranted.  You can believe me or not, but this is MY story, and I was ripped off by Cindy Hughes.  YOU!  Mrs. Kathy P, were not there during our sessions, or our conversations so frankly you have no say so in what I write on my posts.  I'm not on here to argue with you or anyone else, Im just telling my story and what I experienced with this trainer.  I give a d**n if you believe it or not.  Do you really think that she would agree with me??  Were you there?  I don't recall you were.  Case in point. Unprofessional? Are you serious what is unprofessional and immature is for you to bad mouth such a sweet and caring individual. Most trainers wouldn't give a d**n about the fact you injured yourself and moved onto the next client, but Cindy gave you opportunities to make up sessions, but what did you do? You stood her up so who is the unprofessional one? This complaint is completely without merit and is coming from an individual who has nothing better to do with themselves then bad mouth someone who is trying to make something of themselves it's people like you that makes it so hard for the good people to accomplish things and help others. I recently started working out with Cindy and I am on my 6th session and I must say Cindy knows what she is doing  because I am the type of person that would have stopped working out with her a long time ago and not renew my session as I am planning on doing next week if I didn't believe that Cindy can get me to look the way that I want to look and I am a picky person. Late for appointments? Cindy is never late hell I am always the late one! I will admit I told Cindy I know my sessions may start at 7pm, but please don't be surprised if I am here at 7:10 and Cindy understands and are my sessions cut short because of my tardiness? No! Cindy will train me until I receive my full 60 minutes. What trainer do you know will do that? Hell there are times when I don't want the full 60 minutes, but she pushes you to finish which is her job! How would you know what her financial situation is? Are you her personal accountant? Do you balance her checkbook? I don't think so if I was a trainer I would ask for the same thing! And why on earth would you pay with a money order? I'm sorry are you paying your electric bill or someone for their services? I don't blame Cindy for wanting her cash up front it protects her from trash such as yourself who tries to take advantage of people and bad mouth them when they try to help you out without even knowing you from a hole in the wall. Michelle you are an idiot plain and simple you tried to play Cindy, but your playing yourself. I would feel like this was a waste of my time writing a reply to your ignorant a*s, but Cindy is a good person and she does not deserve this and by the way check back in a few weeks on her website and you will see my pictures on her site my name is Kathy P. just so all of you know that this post is from a REAL person.

Cindy Hughes has been my trainer for over a year now. She has been nothing but supportive to my ever busy life, and has ALWAYS worked with my travel schedule. I am disapointed by Michelle's comments, not only because I know what really happened with her and Cindy, but because Michelle's comments show her severe insecurity and unhappiness with herself. To put personal information about anyone on the internet, as Michelle has with Cindy, is vindictive and cowardly.

I picked Cindy to be my personal trainer because she was the most "real" to me. I searched long and hard to find someone that I can relate to, which was difficult because most personal trainers have a lifestyle and a body that is unattainable to the normal working and busy life that the majority of us lead. I also needed someone I can trust, since this person would be spending 3-4 days a week in my home. I found all of this in Cindy Hughes. I have since gained a great friend, and a healthy lifestyle, that I can completley credit to Cindy Hughes. I have met many of Cindy's clients and have never heard any bad comments. Cindy's biggest fault is that she trusts and truly wants to be friends with her clients, unfortunetley there are always some people that will take advantage of that, as the case with Michelle.

Like any business owner they have to protect there product. Paying for a service, like personal training, is a commitment for both the consumer and business owner providing the product. As with Cindy, and all other personal trainers, it is best to sign a contract for protection to all parties. This was done in the case with Michelle. She was injured (not while training with Cindy, but on her own time), and Cindy was more then willing to put her sessions on hold until Michelle was healed and able to train again. Michelle lost interest in personal training, and decided that because she paid Cindy, that Cindy should be at her beck and call, like a servent, and whenever Michelle wanted to train then Cindy should jump and obey. Michelle I have news for you, this isn't how the world works. Trying to ruin someones reputation because of your imaturity is just silly, grow up.

This is also not a legitimate business. I have tried to also file with the BBB but cannot find anything that legitimizes this "business". I'd be cautious.
