I purchase TEN helix earrings from Body Jewelry factory as well as two tragus jewelry. When I received the package it was poorly wrapped. I opened the packages and proceeded to try on one of the helixes earrings. Immediately I notice that the opening on the jewelry was too small and that it do NOT fit over my actual ear to get to where the actual piercing is located. I tried many times to make the tiny hole fit over my thick cartilage so I can attempt to actual put the earring inside my actual piercing. Needless to say, I wasn't happening. So, I emailed the company to see if I could send back the jewelry since the jewelry NEVER touched my actual piercing opening. They told me that I ordered a 3mm ball and that I should had ordered a bigger ball; which the do not sell in the guage I need. So, I was like since I did not try on the other jewelry can I send those back. They said no EVEN THOUGH I only attempted to try on ONE helix earring which did not even touch my actual piercing spot. I spent over 40 dollars at this site and this is how they treat their constumers. They did not give me options or alternatives; they just said too bad for you. I will never buy from this site again. If you buy from this site make SURE you know what your ordering because they do not do returns EVEN IF the jewelry is untouched. I will be ordering from another website from now on and I will be making sure I get reviews on the website before purchasing something.
