i have been trying to cancel my body of change trainer contract for last 2 monts beacuse you need 30 days ahead in writing....phone number no good...address on contract no good...and they never answer the fone or are available at la fitness i go to....contract was never agreed to auto re-new but the way they work...not so sure....
can someone please help me so that i don't have to pay for service that i haven't used since november and can't afford and no longer want...service not at all what was suppose to be...hard to even get appointments and everytime got comfortable with a trainer they were gone...turn over also
terrible....worse contact i ever signed....
please help me if anyone can...

Cancelling Training

If you look on their website there are current addresses to send in a cancellation. Also my membership allows me to log-in to the website and there are printable forms for the training. Send it certified, always important if someone has your credit card number! Also don't forget the simple stuff, ask for help, ask for someone else who can assist you. If the staff doesn't know, they can't help you.
