This is a pill company that sells Bodyhealthy Mart, Peak Body, Spulonozagreencoffe, and Fienna Garcinia Cambogi We have been charged for pills that we did not order. We returned all the packages that we received marking them refused. St. Petersburg Fla

Two of our credit cards have been used to order unwanted merchandise. If I got a package I marked it return, or refused, as advised by the mail carrier. Unfortunately I did not get receipts for these returned envelopes.

Both credit card companies were good in taking most of the charges off when I finally realized what was happening, but for the first Credit card   I was put in a conference call, and the merchandiser basically made a deal with me...of forced my hand, as he said he would agree to take 4 or 5 charges off, but I had to pay for one order, of like $85. If I did not agree to this, he was going to make me pay for all the orders I had sent back. So I figured paying $85 was better then 5 x $85, even though I did not even order them.

Now the second card company, is setting up a conference with these people. I told her what happened the last time and I was not trusting the whole situation, but that is where we are at right now. This credit card company  got these companies to drop 13 charges, but there are four left totalling over $360, and I am afraid that we are going to get threatened again to pay or else. 

I have contacted the Attorney General of Pa, and the Federal Trade Commission in D.C.. I also got the  Identify Theft Affidavit filled out with our Turbo Tax return.

 Do you have any advice? My husband is going to be in on this conference and he will refuse to pay anything. We feel that there may be a breech on his company computers which is where someone could have gotten his card numbers, or his card was 'skimmed' at a gas station.
