It started a few months back when we agreed to do business with an alleged SEO company called Agilis Marketing. They offered to get our website to the front page of Google for 200. It has been over 5 months and we are still on the same page for the keywords that we agreed upon.
This man brent has many complaints about him and he is still getting away with it as the complains grow. I really want to stop it from happening to other people so I am warning you, use caution before going with this company or any company like him. He is a scam artist and he will not give you your money back. Rad his terms and condition, he basically says that he takes no responsibility for what happens and that he will not be held liable.
To this date I have seen posts by six other people who were scammed by this man. I just wish I hd done my research before contacting him.

It seemed most appropriate to list the facts: 1.) This is in reference to http://www.agilismarketing.com/seo-special/ 2.) Bodyshop4less.co.uk placed an online order before ever talking to a representative of the company. 3.) The offer is $195 USD /month for the work to obtain a top 10 ranking in Google. Not a one time fee. 4.) The phrase must be three words or more. 5.) The terms and conditions of this offer are clearly spelled out both on the page and on a TOS page. 6.) Just as with an attorney Agilis Marketing puts forth its best efforts but makes no promises of end results, anyone who is involved in the SEO industry can attest that this is a reasonable analogy. 7.) We do not scam anyone. If there are six other people who feel wronged please direct them to this page or allow them to call me. 8.) We do everything within reason to make our clients happy. 9.) We do not refund money if its already spent to promote a site and that is the case of Bodyshop4less.co.uk. The company would of likely seen the results desired if they allowed us to continue our work. 10. It is cleary stated on the page itself that, "Results are not instantaneous and payment is for work performed to achieve natural search engine rankings. While some sites may see results in as little as two weeks, it is more common for it to take a few months before top 10 search positions are achieved." On a side note this is low priced offer intended as a loss leader to provide us the opportunity to earn more business. As a result of misunderstandings, it is no longer promoted, and only selectively offered to companies who understand all of the above. A phone call is placed explaining all that above and we gladly give the individual the opportunity to receive a full refund right away if they wish.
