We bought a It-Kneads-U chair massager in June 04. It carries a "Forever Warranty" We use it in our pharmacy for our customers. It stopped working about 3 months ago and we have tried calling them. All you get is an answering machine. No one ever calls you back. We have made over a dozen phone calls using home phones, cell phones just to see if we could get anyone to call us back. All we had for an address was a post office box. Finally, after EXTENSIVE checking we finally got a physical address. I sent them a certified return receipt requested letter explaining what we wanted and asking them to please contact us. Ms Julian signed for the letter on 1-14-10 and as of this date 1-22-10 we have not gotten a reply. We don't want to pay to ship this massager to them if they are not going to honor the "forever" warranty. All we want is it to work. Our customers at our pharmacy really like it.
