I read the fine print in their contract which stated one free day membership. I successfully won a bid on first try, then later on that same day cancelled the membership. After sending in all credit and ID info, credit card was debited and sent a reciept for the amont of the auctioned item.

I waited 4 weeks for item to arrive and when it didnt, i sent them an email to inquire on progress. They sent me back this response:

"We regret to inform you however since you canceled your membership on 2014-01-17, which is the same date you signed up for it through paying for the item you availed through our promo, we cannot send you that item because as per Terms and Conditions, cancellation of the membership prior to paying the first month’s membership fee will void any free promotional gift offer.

Please be guided accordingly."

And yet their contract states one free day membership as this copy and paste from their contract:

"Please be informed that the 1 day free Gold membership included with this offer gives you exclusive Bid-for-Free auctions, an additional 10% on all bid package purchases, Daily Bid Agent, FREE shipping on all products, 3 free bid added to your account daily and another 4 free bid on each calendar day you log on to Bogabids.com. The subscription cost is $ 49.99 per month. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service by email at info@bogabids.com"

Stay away from this outfit, they do not even honor their own fine print!
