Bojangles Fires Blacks Only Chelsea Alabama

 I work for this company, worse place ever to work for it your of color... I go above and beyond to satisfy my customers... Anybody who has been served by can agree, with that being said... I pride my self on providing great customer service... I was at work one day and my MOD cuss me out from head to toe... As she did I them told her that if she wanted to proceed with this conversation that she was going to have talk without the foul language... Needless to say that ended that... So I felt from the start that I needed to speak with an higher source about this, so I called the hot line and reported her more than one time... From that day to now that problem was never address also that's why they really started picking... So they got rid of me by another way but I still knew what it had stem from... Since working for that company I can honestly say that they only fire blacks... Other employees (white) can do whatever and never see any repercussions behind thier action... Example: Roy said I voluntary quit because I had to leave early... Another employee walks of there shift and the next day they come to work and still have an job... I just wanted to say that this company has no regard for policy strictly color... please think before you apply for a job at bojangles restaurants
