I was one of those who missed "the small red words" at the bottom of the website. But, what they do not tell you is you can not return the products that have already been shipped!! Additionally "simply call this number" to cancel is a joke, the hold time is forever.

A recording stating all customer care reps are busy, the estimated wait time is xx minutes. What happens is the minutes keep increasing as you're holding!! I waited almost 25 minutes to speak to someone.

As of today we cancelled our membership, with confirmation from the rep that we would never be billed again. Let's hope so! I like the suggestion someone else has, report card as stolen that way they can not bill to your card. Oh, by the way, the product doesn't work. My husband doesn't has not experienced the effects as stated - I had doubts from the beginning.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT - IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY & TIME AND THE HASSLE OF CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT WORTH IT!! DO NOT ORDER!!
