Boland Naturals billed credit card for 2nd order without authorization Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered a bottle of this product as a joke for a 40th birthday party gag gift.

Last week, I recieved two bottles of additional product without placing an order. I called the Boland, and they explained I was a "Preferred Customer", even though I had done nothing to become such a customer. They explained that when I received the first order, there was included a information sheet requesting that I call Boland and ask that I not be a "Preferred Customer".

Since I didn't call, they billed me for a 2nd order, but was gracious enought to give me a third free bottle of this bogus crap for free. I called last week, and the customer service rep was a smart-a*s, and stated I would receive information in the mail that had information that I must fill out and send back in to get my credit.

What a rip-off. Now I must cancel that card. This company is a joke. Stay away.
