Like many others seeking the miracle drug I ordered this product on-line after reading an article in Runners World.

Though I have been using it for a month I don't know if the product works or not, but thought I'd keep using it. I was considering ordering more but I had a small issue with how I was charged for the first month so I called to clear it up and got no satisfaction.

The issue was the website listed 49.95 for one months supply plus an expensive (but I agreed to pay it) 9.95 for shipping. When I checked my VISA bill there were two charges - one for 54.90 and one for 9.95. So, I was overcharged by 4.95. I attempted to E-mail the company back by replying to the confirmation E-mail but it was rejected.

Today when I was considering ordering more I called to get the explan on the 4.95. The person that answered the phone was not discourteous but he said that the 4.95 was a packing fee or something and that was to be expected. I begged to differ and still cannot find any mention of this charge on their site and even brought up the complaints from this website. I asked for the 4.95 to be applied to a new order, he declined, so I said I didn't want to order anymore. I am now going to see if I can get the 4.95 back from my credit card.

So, beware of hidden charges with these guys they seem to be playing the percentages figuring many consumers will not notice etc. Maybe you can order with a check or something to be sure you are not overcharged...good luck.

The product does seem to be available elsewhere (at a higher price) but maybe from a more reputable re-seller - maybe same source.
