I bought what was supposed to be an authentic football (soccer) jersey that "supposedly" had come directly from the soccer club itself and another t-shirt, from a company that trades online as www.BoliviaMall.com.

Nearly a month later and after at least three emails and three phonecalls to this company an envelope arrived that i had to sign for. So once signed for i opened it, it contained only half my order there was no sign of the second shirt whatsoever. The soccer shirt that was there was-

#1 The wrong size
#2 Not as advertised
#3 Not by the same manafacturer
#4 A totally different design in numerous ways.
#5 Damaged with black sharpie marks all over the inside and a few on the outside for good measure.
#6 Had taken a month to arrive (and was only half the order)

So i immediately tried to call Bolivia again, no luck. So i took nine photo's of the shirt (that's how bad it was) and emailed them. Finally after two days of trying i managed to reach someone by phone, who i explained the issue to. Their response was that they hadn't seen my email and would deal with it immediately, so whilst on the phone i resent it to them. They promised to deal with it that same day and get back to me.

Did they, well not that day but when they did they told me that all the shirts they had were the same and from the same manafacturer, oh and that the picture on the website was an "old" one and shirts may differ. Now in one of the many phonecalls to Bolivia i was told that i would get the exact shirt on the website.

So i called them again and asked what they intended to do to rectify this matter. Their response was at best ambivilent and they decided they wanted me to return the shirt, fine or so i thought. So i asked for them to email me a shipping label, well apparently they don't do that. They wanted me to pay for the postage back to La Paz, Bolivia, something that they had charged me $16.00 for. I told them there was no way i was going to pay $16.00 and wait for them to send me a check, they then decided they could refund my Credit Card. Is that even possible for a charge that hasn't come off that card?

They then told me they had a warehouse in Georgia, strange that this had never been mentioned before and that i could pay to ship it to there, again with me waiting for a check for the shipping. So they emailed me the Georgia address of the "warehouse" and i google mapped it. Their warehouse is a house in a suburb east of Atlanta! NOT a warehouse and USPS wanted $7.00 to ship it there.

So i told them these options were unacceptable and that they had 48 hours to find a satisfactory solution to this matter or i would dispute the charges with my credit card company. Forty eight hours has since passed and no response, so i contacted the CC company and disputed the charges.

I also emailed the soccer club whose shirt it allegedly was and the manafacturer of the shirt to enquire whether the shirt was actually genuine. The manafacturer has since replied that the shirt is a fake! and that i could have bought a genuine one off them for $30 including shipping! as opposed to nearly double that from Boliviamall.com.

This is where we stand now, the shirt has been confirmed as fake, the order was wrong and only half completed, the shirt was damaged, they want the buyer to pay for return shipping and i have now disputed the charges with my credit card company.

Please be very cautious if you choose to deal with www.boliviamall.com especially if it involves soccer shirts. They also trade as www.argentinamall.com www.ecuadormall.com and as few other countries in Central America, these can be seen at the bottom of their webpages.

I would not use the product they sent me to wash my car and neither would i reccomend them to my worst enemy. The best advice i can give is "buyer (be very) beware".
