I was online shopping and came across a website with great prices and great products at bombayfashions.com
When I purchased the goods I was getting great prompt service. Mind you the service was actually only via email or online chat. They told me I would receive my order in 7-10 days. So I waited and waited but received nothing, so I contacted them through email and online chat again they re-assured me I would get it in the next few days and it typically takes 10-14 days now for overseas orders as I am based in the UK. I notified them that I was told it would take less than that but they just talk so much crap and worm there way out of your questions. So I was prepared to wait and see if it arrives.
Eventually it had been over a month, I still had no parcel and lost my patience with them I emailed them time and time again but had no reply? they were all of a sudden not communicating very much!!!!
At this point I was trying to get through to them every chance I would get, sometimes the online live chat was unavailable, but there was one assistant who called herself RAJINI was very eager and friendly to help, so she apologised for me not receiving the parcel as yet and she will RE-SHIP the order!!! I was rather annoyed at this point but I thought if she is saying it will be sent out then why not wait a bit longer as I have paid now. She said she would confirm by email when the parcel is sent out which I DID NOT RECEIVE, so this is were it began. I was having to email over and over again to find out if it has been re-sent? how long will it take to arrive? but no response from them at all.
unfortunately I did not receive anything from them, but when I sent a threatening email to them and demanded a refund they replied to me straight away and were saying it is sent out to me and I will need to wait, they had the nerve to tell me there is no point them giving out a refund because it is a waste of time on both parties!!! I am so disgusted with this I wish it was not so far away, but I am not giving up I am going to report them in each and every way I can, it is humiliating. I have been a happy online shopper for years and this has totally put me off for life!
Watch out all you online shoppers, these people are FRAUDS!

Maybe its on backorder?

I hate to say it, but perhaps its on backorder? I've worked retail most of my life and I HATED it when that happened because it meant (at times) months of waiting. Maybe they keep hoping it will get in soon and keep from having to give a refund?
We hate giving them, but most of the companies will give one if the product isn't delivered on time. They should offer the refund and hope they haven't lost you as a customer.

I had made orders from this compant about 4 times already. I received each item in perfect condition and at good prices.
But the last order i made on June 22, 2009, Has not arrived as of yet. I had emailed them several times but no respond.
I had received a confirmation email saying they have received mt email and will reply back soon. That email also included a telephone number for customer service. I dailed it so many times and no answer.
I searched that number today and found out its a fax number of another business. Since i had paid with paypal, i had also filled a dispute with them and had sent them 2 messages thru paypal and no answer.
No answer from Bombay Fashions! No items received! No refund recevied!
