Bonadventure Senior Assisted Living neglect of residents and cruel to wokers Salem, Oregon

    Please Do Not Work for this company or let Your Loved Ones be put in their care!!! I can not express this enough. I worked for this company and all the neglect i saw was horrible and some of the residents have even died from thier carelessness..

    The Executive Director at the Gibson Creek Facility has no heart she treats her staff with no compassion and if you speak up you get threatened or even fired she covers up and changes the paper work so you are not able to collect unemployment and she has also looked the other way as staff members have doctored paper work so that no one would get in trouble.

    This facility has been visited by State twice and has not been in good standing. The Executive Meghan has lied to families and promised them things but has never delivered on them. Families are irate and move their loved ones out. We have gone through so much staff because of her and Rccs who actually want to be there. Meghan has also made it hard for some of the residents who have confronted her on there well being and has made it impossible for them to stay at the facility and now they are upset because they have to move. Also there has been some talk about Meghan Useing the company money to pay for her truck.

    We as staff have lives and care about our residents but it is hard for us to do our jobs when we do not have the supplies we need or work so many hours because there is no coverage. Meghan has demanded from all of us to work more then our schedule shifts and threatens you when you tell her you can not work the extra hours. By law she can not expect us to work the hours we are not schedule to work i have seen people work doubles for 5 to 6 days out of a week because Meghan had threatened them with you could lose your job or i don't think you would be a good candidate for a different position or shift. 

    I personally have worked for other care facilities and this i would have to say has been the worst ever. when i unfortunely left i was heartbroken because i know the residents would not be getting the proper care and the staff would still be getting treated like slaves. The facility would be alot better with out Meghan there and the company should be accountable for the neglect they have put thier workers through by not listening when they have spoke up and told them what Meghan has been doing and at other facilities.
