Hello,

I need to know who I should address about services not provided by a company that works through a website and at entertainment events.I responded to an ad Craigslist.org for an audition.Please note that I currently work for promo companies at a minimum of $25-$30 an hour.The ad mentioned that there was no pay but that there were other incentives.I did research the company on line and I was told by Andrea, the owner of the company that she would also compensate me $25 for gas.I only took the event because of her noting that as found in the email below she writes but you will receive some clothes and a hat for being part of this, as well as 1000 personalized promo cards with picture (like my card below) which comes with you own code so you can earn commission

Please note that these photos can be costly so one of the main reasons for me even going to work at the event is that she indicates that I would be getting the cards.It has been over a year and six months yet I still wait for her to respond to my correspondences. The event was held in Aston Pa in July of 2009.As you can see in the dates listed I made multiple attempts to contact Andrea.I called a few times in between the emails leaving voice mails asking if there were any events coming up and/or if she had an idea when these photos were going to be done for the girls.

turns out the other girl I worked with never recevied photos and the photographers never were paid for their time as well.

I contacted the BBB on multiple occasions without results so I really do not know who I should be speaking with regarding this short of seeking legal advice.I turned down work for other companies in order to work this event so the end result I would like is to either have the photos done in a timely manner or be compensated the monetary value of my time at $30 an hour for the eight hours I have worked.

We are a start up company which plans on sponsoring many fight events and are looking for steady BoneBreakerz Round Card Girls for a permanent spot. This Friday night will be our first event and we are looking to bring in several girls to help and audition for this opportunity. This may also lead to many more possibilities in the future such as: monthly paid events and the chance to be in our 2010 BoneBreakerz Babes Calendar. We would also be very interested if you felt comfortable selling tshirts at the event. If you feel this might be something you would like to do, there would be a nice commission structure for that as well and able to earn an unlimited amount of money.

We are also going to be at the weigh in for the fight on Thursday night at the Wharf Tavern, so if you would like to attend and help represent BoneBreakerz, we would love to have you. This would involve hanging out, handing out cards and socializing with some of the fighters. Should be lots of fun!

As round card girls you will need to bring a black mini skirt, black bootie shorts and black boots (prefer the chunky heel since it can be hard to walk in ring). Once you respond to this email, consider yourself booked and I will then send details on the location and times.
