Purchased large appliance (clothes dryer) from them.  They lied about shipping schedule, then finally much later shipped it via horrible shipping company.

Then...appliance arrived damaged and improperly boxed.  Company stalled and lied again, while we jumped through hoops e-mailing, calling, and spending hours on trying to get them to agree to a return.  They finally told us we would have to have an inspector come out (meaning someone waits for them all day one more time and has them not show) and look at the item before we could return it!  Then they would DECIDE whether to try to repair or return it.  By this time more than a month had gone by without  clothes dryer in the house, and we had to just replace it ourselves.

A nightmare from start to finish.
