Bonita's way appliance center, llc James durkin, and daughter amanda Replaced a part on my new fridge that didn't need replaced, it broke again 3 days later "same thing" happened that I called about to begin with, he said he guaranteed me it was fixed said if it happens again you have a 1 year warranty on the part, well Cost me over 500 for the part n service that he said needed replaced, and wanted all the money up front before even ordering the part, he replaced and "fixed" the wrong thing.  James durkin of bonita's way appliance center, was suppose to repair my fridge gave him over 500 dollars to do so. This guy looked in my fridge for under a minute closer to 30 seconds and knew exactly what was wrong, and that it was gonna cost me in the end over 500, I had to get it done I have a family. So he came to the house put the 2 fans in that he said were rusty and werent turning on. I thought ok, strange they would be rusty in a brand new fridge, but was eager to get it done with. Three days later the same thing was happening to my fridge that i called bonita's way appliance for to fix, he came back to look when I had called and said it was happening again, he took my fridge back to the appliance center, gave me a replacement in the meantime. However now this man replaced seemed like a whole list of things and expects me to pay a few hundred dollars more when I was guaranteed and under the assumption it was already fixed with the fans he replaced. He was paid to do a job that he assured me was completed. And no further charges had been discussed. Now he won't return my fridge unless 233 more dollars is paid for something that I had already been guaranteed was resolved.
