LottoRace, a game on Facebook has a promotion the you aquire a certain ammount of their LottoRace gold coins you can turn them in for gift card prizes. Once you turn in you would get an order number for the tranaction. You will be sent an email with math questions to solve and a request for your birthdate. You then email the answers the questions and your birth date. Then they send you an email stating you will receive your prize in 4 to 6 weeks. After not getting my prize in the time stated I sent an email about it to them and you get an email back with a case number.

I started this process in late March and have sent many emails, many emails and not gotten any response from them.
