Bonsai Motors Not Honest About The Condition of His Vehicles Stillwater Minnesota

Rick is not honest about the condition of his vehicles.  I specifically told him that we were driving five hours one way and I asked  him very detailed questions about the vehicle.   I had also told him of another dealer who had not been honest and wasted four hours of our time by not disclosing that the vehicle had dents and rust on the exterior.  Rick assurred me that his van was in excellent shape inside and out and that everything was in working order.  He told me that it was in such great shape that his wife had been using it as her personal vehicle.

So we took the five hour trek  to Stillwater only to find that we had been completely lied to. The leather on the front driver seat was worn and tattered as was the leather on the back seats. There were huge grease stains all over the carpet.  One of the sliding doors was broke.  All in all the van was not in great shape. I wouldn't even say it was in fair shape. It was a waste of an entire day.
