Do not buy from this company I bought a book from them using express shipping method that has a tracking number when I asked them for tracking number this is response I got.
I need my book to study for my class and they have sent it out via regular mail god knows for what reason. Avoid this company at all cost.
"Dear BookHolders Customer,
"It is not our job to give you anything except your book. Yes you have paid for shipping but that does not guarantee a tracking number. The tracking number is provided as a service to customers. To get this service your address must be verified by the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, which in this case, it is not. Since you seem to know more about shipping and tracking than a shipping manager, I welcome you to enlighten me on how we get tracking numbers on the packages we ship out."
