Spoke to someone named Judy in the florida office who might has well been deaf in both ears. Never once did she listen and kept asking the same questions after we answered them. Than abused us verbally and put us on hold and never came back on the line. Our reservations were ruined. Our trip a disaster. This company is a joke. you have to go through their voicemail jail for 19 minutes before someone answers. Than you get some donkey like Judy to help you. Like microsoft tech support from India only worse.
Go to h*ll Bookit.com. Is it any wonder why there are so many reports online about your sh*tty service. There must be a lot of stupid people out there but you wont be around for long. BEWARE. AVOID. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE. PAY MORE AND GET SERVED LIKE A CUSTOMER. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS.

Well much to our suprise our issue was resolved same day. A manager who was most professional handled everything. We are very surprised and pleased. I guess they turned a negative into a positive.
