Bad services as my money got deducted during transaction but didn't get back even after more than 10 days (10 days given in their policy). It will take almost two days to connect with their help desk and after that it is not proceeded yet. Height is that the second time they not only deduct the money but also sent me confirmation ticket but for the wrong place and this system error they even not accepting and this fumble I lost my money and they even not connecting with me for discussion.

After long wait speacking with their customer care executive they told me that it will proceed and still I think they are proceeding and for book tickets they even don't have solution. They not utter word for refund now...Very bad service and worst system developed, payments gateways are worst....I suggest that stop using it you might face a lost of money and energy in the name of entertainment and what you will receive is mental and financial harassment!
