I needed a resource book to use with my students. I ordered it from a company in SC since that was the closest and it should take less time to get it. Well, I was wrong. I ordered the book on August 12 and it shipped on ugust 14. Today is August 21 and it still has not arrived. I checked online for the tracking report. All is says is that it was shipped though DHL. The tracking number doesn't work. The BooKnack is about 1 hour away from my home. By US snail mail it would have gotten here by August 18. I wish I had chosen another company. I could have literelly walked there and got it. I will never choose another book from this company. They wasted time and money. The money they paid DHL they could have went to the local post office and mailed it.
