Bookvip.com Rip off! Did not give promised gifts. Representative lied. Internet

 Bookvip.com sells discount vacations. They sold us a 4 day 3 night vacation in Orlando for $123. The deal was we had to attend a time share presentation. In addition to a reasonably priced room we would receive a $100 gift card. The hotel they booked us in was a Best western. The air conditioner in the upstairs worked poorly. We heard two employees arguing outside using profanities. We took the time share presentation and was told they had no record of us to receive a gift card. So we did not get a gift card. I called the 800 number for Bookvip. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers working. I was promised a return call from a manager and nevr got one. Bookvip is a ripoff! They will lie to you. Do not use them.
