BOOST MOBILE PROBLEMS WITH HTC EVO DESIGN 4G, IN LESS THAN 1 MONTH..AND I HAVE ONE AND MY 16 YR OLD SON WORKED A SUMMER JOB TO BUY HIS. WE BOTH HAVE PROBLEMS, AND HE WONT, GIVE US A CREDIT SO THAT WE CAN PUT IT TO UNIONDALE, New York

I bought a phone for myself and my 16 yr old son worked a summer job to buy his phone and we both are having problems.  we have had the phone for less than 2 months, and my son's phone is corrupted.  They have to send it back to boost mobile, and he has to wait 2 weeks.  one of his worker suggested that I call boost and report my son's phone lost...isnt that committing fraud! I told him that i would not do that, and he said that other people do it, so I assumed this is what they are telling people who has bought a phone from them, to do instead of taking responsibility and taking care of their customers.  these phone were $300 each...
