Boost Wireless - flashing service offered on Ebay is NON EXISTENT If you need you phone flashed to a new carrier - DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!! Elyria Ohio

I paid for a service to flash (or transfer) my cell phone to Boost Wireless on Ebay on 4/30/13. Per the instructions of employee J Flash at eliteunltdpc@gmail.com I was told to ship my phone to 1138 abbe rd north elyria, Oh 44035 - the address for Boost Mobile. The phone was shipped to this address on 5/9/13. As of 5/28/13, I had received no communication from Boost Mobile and most importantly - MY CELL PHONE !!!! I called (440) 366-0350 and left several messages to find out why I did not get my property back. The employee who answered the phone (who would not tell me his name) told me that the matter was out of his hands and that the phone would be shipped back to me tomorrow. When I asked why there was no communication at all - I was told that the employee who orginally did this service was no longer with the company - and then the employee who answered the phone hung up on me. I find it aggravating that I would have to go to such lengths to simply get the customer service that I paid for !!!!!!!

To date, I have sent three emails, made four phone calls and escalated a Paypal dispute to a claim and I still have not ahd my property returned to me. This is ridiculous - why offer a service that you never intended to provide !!!!????!!!!! Please note: I have also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Elyria Chamber of Commerce. If you live the Elyria and need to go to a cell phone dealer for any reason whatsoever - go somewhere else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
