I used them for 2 assignments. One assignment went very well. The other one after week 5 of a 8 week term just stopped doing work. Stating that it was for non payment, even though I produced the payment reminder that stated the days of payment, the confirmation of payment as well as a screenshot of my bank account showing that the payment was made. They ignored my direct messages on the site. They ignored my emails. I ended up catching the live help online one day and after she said they would reimburse me but I still haven't heard anything else from them. They will just ignore you. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Its honestly better doing the work yourself or finding a more reliable service provider.

They made things right

After getting in touch with the marketing team of boostmygrades they issued a full refund as well as a discount for further service. I will say that the tutors were doing very well in the classes before the incident and I did receive a good grade as promised in the finished class. I would recommend them if you are in a jam and need some help like i was. Good job boostmygrades

People like you, and companies like yours, are one of the reasons our higher education system is in deep trouble. How do you justify cheating?  I realize that people need jobs, and perhaps this was the only one you could find.

There isn't a religion in the world that justifies what you're doing.  Helping people cheat is wrong on so many levels.  When I find out a student has used a company like your I give them an automatic "F" for the course and report them for plagiairsm. And we DO have ways of determining this information.

How do you sleep at night?

Hello,

Typically we do not respond to ripoff reports because they are fake in nature, but in your case, this is real.

This is Lacey with BoostMyGrades Customer Resolutions and we wanted to let you know that we've refunded your funds, sorry for any miscommunication. We understand payment wasn't delivered or recorded thus the class was stopped.

We're sorry for any misunderstandings, and want you to know your refund is on its way to you.

Please accept our apology, as we continue to serve our clients in the most professional manner.

You got ripped off by a company whose business model is based on helping YOU rip off people (your instructor, school, future employers).  You got what you deserved.

If you were my student you'd be expelled for plagiairsm.
