Borders Group Inc Borders.com Customer service a joke. Will not give me a refund. Ann Arbor, Michigan

I orderd 4 Kobo's on black Friday and after I checked out it said they were on backorder.
 
I called customer service several times to see if they knew when they were going to ship. These were Christmas gifts!
 
After no help from the Phillippines, I went to my local store and they called customer service and canceld my order and I purchased the Kobo's there. 2 days later I get an email saying my Kobo's have shipped. Go figure!

I called customer service and they said to return them and they would give me a refund. I returned them in December in the box they shipped me with their return paperwork. This is April and they have not refunded my money.

I have called them at least a dozen times, spoken to supervisors and emailed them to many times to count.   They said the warehouse has not scanned in my return yet. That's crap! Give me my money back!!
