Boris Painting Inc and Boris Lyustikman Boris is a man. He present himself as a licensed contractor, promises everything you asks for, get your deposit and then gives you 'I don't do that, I do not have license for that, I do not do it'. And my favorite ' Sunny Isles Beach Florida

I hired Boris as a general contractor to prepare small 1 bedroom (714 sqf) apartment for a tenant. There were no major work to do there. He wanted $4500 for it. I knew it was too much, but I thought if he would need license plumber and electrician to replace some valves and fix electrical outlets, paint and clean up the place in 2 weeks and will do an excellent job, so I would not worry about anything, I could do it. I also wanted to see if he could be a good candidate for other bigger projects. But he happened to be total con man. For the contract he gave me a some piece of paper with the company name,  address and license number. Later I found out that it was his home address and cell number and not address that he registered his company under. But the best part was that his license number is wrong on that form. He told me to write whatever I want there and I can even put any amount I want. I never did, I do not lie and do not claim more than I spent on something.  When we went to HOA to give his license to allow him to work in a building, he told me that he has 2 licenses, one a contractor and another one is 'Boris Painting Inc'. He said 'I'll just give them my 'Painting' license, so nobody would be questioning if we need city permits. For your job we do not need them, so let's not bother with my contractor license'. It all looked very fishy to me, but he was recommended to me by somebody and I wanted to trust him. also, by that time I already agreed with him, gave him deposit and i felt that because i have only 2 weeks to prepare apartment for rent (I had to go back to NJ for the wedding of my niece), I have no choice at this point. A soon as work started, all I could hear was 'I can not do that, I do not do that, I do not have license for that and I just did you a favor when I replaced your faucet'. Boris Lyustikman got 2 checks from me for $2500 and $1500. I should not paid hims last $1500, because of him already not fulfilling his promises, but i was afraid him to just drop everything (as he eventually did any way), or that he could do damage to my property. At the end I did not give him last $500 dollars, when he just abandoned me when Home depot refused install dishwasher. I had to hire in a last day before I was leaving another person to make a small alteration to cabinet and cut floor tile a little bit to put dishwasher in. Boris could not do even small handyman work. He is a lier and a thief. He can only paint, and not so good either. But he misrepresents himself as a general contractor. Stay away form him at any cost.
