Bosch Appliance BOSCH DISHWASHER- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Internet

I have a BOSCH dishwasher that has a broken door. 

BOSCH is supposed to be the TOP-Of -THE-LINE Appliance Company, but when it comes to CUSTOMER SERIVCE they are not, and now I am having doubts about the quality of their products.

If you PURCHASE a Dishwasher and you spend OVER $1000+++ on the item, you would expect that the dishwasher would last you a considerable amount of time, meaning 12-15 years.  But after speaking to the customer service supervisor at Bosch DIANA KAUFMAN, anything over 9 years is "GREAT" becuase the life expectancy of a Dishwasher is 9-11 years.   Well that's great, maybe had I purchased a Junk Appliance and only spent $300-400 that would be expected.  But when you spend $1500 on a Dishwasher, the last thing that you think will ever go wrong is a BROKEN DOOR!!!!!

The Door on my BOSCH dishwasher has broken, apparently the hinges have gone bad.  When I contacted BOSCH to have this problem rectified and to receive assistance they told me that I could use an Authorized BOSCH Service Repair and Have the Parts Replaced- AT MY COST!

We are not talking the Electronics or the Motor of the Dishwasher, we are talking the basic function of being able to OPEN AND CLOSE the DOOR!  When I was transfered to the Supervisor Diana Kaufman she told me that I could have 20% off my "PARTS ORDER" if I wanted to place an order today for new hinges.

BOSCH wasn't even willing to Pay for a SERVICE CALL or Provide the PART for FREE, they were willing to give me a 20% Discount on a Door Hinge which was going to cost roughly $400 by the time I pay for Parts, Labor and the Service Call.  For that price I could go out and BUY a Brand New Dishwasher and have piece of mind that the door would not break- EVER!!!!!!

At the end of the day BOSCH APPLIANCES are not worth the Money.  If they are not going to stand behind their products and do something and truly ASSIST their customers then why do you pay so much money for their products????  I will go back to my original brands of GE and Maytag.

BUYERS BEWARE, BOSCH is not what they claim to be.
