After traveling,shopping and standing in line for 2 hours. I was informed that the $152.00 rewards certificate was invalid. They told me it was a misprint and they only owed me $15.20. No one ever notified me of this. They had no problem taking my money for the furniture,appliances and numerous household items. When it came to honoring a lousy $152.00 certificate they refused. My family has done business with company for years. I will never cross their threshold again.
