Found an awesome sale of Backyardigan's Music Machine for $9.99 on Boscov's. Decided to order a couple other things I wouldn't have otherwise, as I was informed at checkout that the 9.99 shipping would go away if my order was over $50. My CC was charged immediately, and got notice that everything BUT the Music Machine was shipped. Two weeks later (after the rest had arrived) I got notice that my toy was out of stock!

The only info I could get were several automated email responses, and someone who said they couldn't help on the phone. I have yet to get my money back for the only product I really wanted. Its no wonder these guys are under bankruptcy protection, and its a shame that its been left up to Pennsylvania taxpayers to float their bills. Avoid dealing with these guys at all costs!
