I am reporting the inappropriate, harassing behavior by the Boston Green Goods aka AllergyBuyersClub customer service personnel. I ordered a purifier through this company. My order never arrived and Boston Green Goods never sent me any email informing me about the status of my order. I called the company and a representative named Mary Jo (she refused to give me her last name, but informed me that she is CEO of the Boston Green Goods Company) started the conversation in a very harassing way. There was a mistake on the billing address of my credit card, but she immediately started talking to me in a very rude manner, treating me like I was some kind of criminal. Her exact words were What are you trying to pull here?  When I asked her last name she said We can not serve you and hung up the phone on me. I called back asking to talk to Mary Jo, another lady (her name is Barbara) also hung up the phone on me without any explanation.

Honestly, after reading so many bad reviews and complaints on BBB and other websites about Boston Green Goods Company and AllergyBuyersClub Im glad that my purchase never went through. However, I wish to inform other customers about Boston Green Goods Companys obvious violations of ethics.
