I used Boston Union Realty to rent an apartment in Boston. The place they stuck me in was an absolute dump. They show you a nice display model unit, then pressure you into signing a contract (IE: sign the f****** contract or you're on your own ,good luck getting a place out here with out us.) They charged me a lot more in extra fees that I didn't know about. When I said something about it, they told me I should have had a lawyer read the contract. That is true, but that really is absurd and insulting. I was now committed. I move in and again, it was a dump. We had roaches, dead mice in the baseboard heat. Nothing worked. The toilette leaked, the electrical was finicky. I called spoke to Mike Meskin. He is the biggest jerk I've ever had to deal with. He told me I'm just spoiled, and I would have to pay the plumber and exterminator myself. Mike Meskin told me he doesn't care what the law is, and if I tried to move out, he would "sue me to f***** death and bury me" for breach of contract. Apparently being sick of their crappy apartments is a fraud. I called back the nest day and managed to speak to some one else, and told them i was going to the building and health department. Of course they decided to send some one over to help. But guess who also showed up....Mike Meskin. He treated me and my wife like crap, and told the exterminator " Only get the ones you can see, I'm only paying you $300). The exterminator wasn't even allowed to sanitize where he pulled the dead mouse out of. On the way out the exterminator looked at us and said "good luck". Meskin's goodbye was as I expected, " You had better be f******* happy now". He is a very intimidatioing guy, and he has a very heavy accent when he gets angry. All the other neighbors have the same complaints, GOOGLE THIS COMPANY!

I decided to take matters into my own hands and not use a third party or Attorney to rebut my case against these false accusations and slander of my name .
This report is completely false and anything but the case . This company that I hired HQ Electric had sent 2 of their employees to fix some electric work that needed to be done at one of my units . The person who wrote this false report never rented or leased nor had any relation to any of my units but was merely an employee of the HQ Electric company .
After sending 2 employees to fix a small electrical issue that should have taken no more then an hour , they decided to charge me $1100 which was outrageous further more the job they had completed was faulty and made the problem even worst. When I contacted them they were extremely rude and obnoxious ans did not answer any of my questions.
So I decided to try and get my money back and they continued to ignore me and stated anything but the obvious , and thats when I decided to put a stop payment on their check and thats the only reason they filed a false claim and or report against me .
I have been a fixture of the Boston community for over 20 years as an successful Investor and Realtor and never once has anyone ever complained nor filed any reports against me . Never believe what you hear until proven otherwise and the HQ electric company should be the one's to have a complain against them .
This gentleman never rented nor leased any space and was just a disgruntled employee of HQ Electric . Thank you for taking the time in reading my Rebuttal and I hope I have answered any questions and or doubts .
