BOUVIER JEWELERS VERY DISHONEST AND ABUSIVE EVERETT Massachusetts

I brought a watch into be repaired I had purchased the watch New 25 years ago .It had stopped working I brought the watch to Bouvier to see if he could repair it.I had brought iT in there a few other times thru the years to be cleaned.Each time I went in he wanted to know if I wanted to sell the watch and each time I told him no.

This time he has the watch for over 3 months and when I went back the last time he told be it could not be fixed. he could not get the parts. he gave me the watch back. I looked at it and told him the watch did not look the same and the crystal was cracked.

to make a long story short I found another jeweler who specialized in fixing these type of watches. he imformed me MANY pieces were missing and pieces replaced in the watch was not original to the watch. Bouvier stole pieces from my watch and replaced them with with parts from other years not original to the watch and he stole pieces from the watch.

when i confronted him with the written report of what was done he told me to get out of his store. then I decided to stand outside his store to inform customers he was dishonest which is my legal right "Freedom of Speech." he came out out of his store and spit in my face. I should have filed a police report he is dishonest scumbag.

I stood outside of his store with a sign for 4-5 days. he tried to get me arrested but could not "Freedom on Speech" and the police agreed I had every right to stand there. if they had arrested me they would have been subject to a lawsuit so they left me alone. only after I went down to the Police Station and told them if I was harrassed in any way they would be violating my freedon rights and they aggreed.

It cost me $ 175.00 to fix my watch. I have posted signs and I know I have lost him more than $ 175.00 in business and will continue to do so. I you not like people like that operating a business in Everett. I can just Imagine how many other people he has done this to. For all I know if you brought in your diamonds to be worked on how do we know he did not swap or change them.

Everett deserves Honest People not scumbags(ONE LAST THING i WOULD LIKE TO SAY THE MAIN REASON I KNOW HE IS A THIEF. I ASK THE JEWELER WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH MY WATCH. THE ANSWER I GOT CONFIRMED THAT BOUVIER IS A THIEF. I WAS TOLD THE WATCH WAS NOT INDEXING CORRECTLY. WHAT THAT MEANS IS THE GEARS WERE JUST NOT LINED UP. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS LINE THEM UP AND THE WATCH WOULD HAVE WORKED.

WHAT KIND OF JEWELER CAN YOU BE IF YOU CANT SEE THE GEARS ARE NOT LINED UP WITH A MAGNIFYER. EITHER A STUPID ONE OR A THIEF. SO I PICK THIEF WITH ALL THE PARTS MISSING and you know when he gave me back the unfixed watch he still offered to buy it from me. HIT THE ROAD JACK
