Bove L.LC Jiffy Lube Jiffy Lube Rip off Company Won't assume damages caused by poor service. Oil Over Fill Mesa Arizona

We went to get the oil changed on our 3500 Dodge Ram pickup truck at the Jiffy. Lube Power Rd. Mesa Az. We then left on our vacation.  When we arrived in Ventura Ca. We found a large oil spill under the truck and all over the front of our trailer. We took the truck to a jiffy lube in Simi Valley, Ca. To find out what was going on.  They said the oil had been overfilled by 1 to quarts and the oil pressure blew the rear main seal. We had them document this and change the oil again which they did. We decided to cut our vacation off and head home to Arizona. We got as far as Oceanside and the truck was spilling over the whole bottom of the truck and all over the front of our 5th wheel trailer. We took the truck to a dodge dealer in Carlsbad . They said the main rear seal had indeed blown out and needed to be replaced and said it was due to overfilling the oil.  They said Diesel engines can not be overfilled at all due to the high pressure in the engineThese called jiffy lube corporate I Az. And made a report. A women named Jody called and she said she talked to the jiffy lube in Simi Valley and they said was only 1/2 quart over.  We called simi valley and the manager said he did speak with her, put he told her he could not verify how much it was overfilled because he had no personally seen it and the tech that serviced the truck was not working that day and to call the next day, which she did no do. So she bold faced lied to us.  When we next talked to her she agreed to send the inspector to the. Dodge dealer to insptruck he truck.  Then she called to say the inspector said it wasn't their fault because there was signs of previous oil leaks.

 This is very suspicious because this doge dealer mechanic told thethere're was no evidence of previous oil leaks and the damage the truck received was due to high oil pressure which built up froup the oil level.  so they say it was a previous problem and no their fault so we are responsible.  We have tried to reason with her put no such luck.  Mind you we have had this truck serviced mangy times with no mention of an oil leak.  We just want them to assume responsibility for their actions.  Just be FAIR.  We will not give up on this so we will post on any site we can and have called local tv stations.
