Here we are over a year later and I still have not received my money back, now I have to drag them to court in order for them to pay. They registered their business after they took my money. I am not really sure if Ken Witherspoon thought he could scare me by telling me that the FBI has to look into my name and social security this is not a small matter. I promise Ken Witherspoon that I would do whatever it takes to get my money back and to put the words out there.
I will see you guys in court.
As promised I will not stop until I get my money back and you all behind bards where you belong.

We are expecting some sort of response from the authorities on next week. If everything is ok, we can then provide a refund of what is due. If we do not hear from the authorities they should be contacting you. In any event we are looking to have this resolved on next week or the week after at the latest.

That was over a year ago, these dumba**** are refusing to refund me my money, I have no choice but to take them to court and hopefully the legal system will give me justice and throw their a**** in jail where they belong.
Last I heard I was getting my money back pretty soon. I do not suggest anybody deal with them

Mike Bourdeau aka Mikey applied to the company to purchase a home and lease it back to him for five years. The first property Mr. Bourdeau requested that we purchase he wanted to pay full price for the property but we had problems with his request because of the following reasons. 1. the property value was less than the asking price 2. the property was owned by a company which was not in good standing with the state.
The second property which Mr. Bourdeau selected was accepted and everything was going well until Mr. Bourdeau claimed the seller of the property was not going to extend his contract to allow closing.
The statement which Mr. Bourdeau made saying that we tried to sell him a property at twice the value is a bold face lie. We were going to allow him to rent a property, which was large and better, for the same terms as the property he selected because, according to Mr. Bourdeau, the seller of his selected property was not being cooperative.
During the same time we requested documents which are required by the US Patriot Act along with other federal mandates. Which Mr. Bourdeau refused to provide and claimed the needed documents would be provided by his Attorney.
We spoke with Mr. Bourdeau's Attorney, and his Attorney did not have the necessary documents nor did he see any wrong doing on our part and dropped Mr. Bourdeau as a client.
We have filed necessary dopcuments with the Federal Authorities against Mr. Bourdeau as required by law.
