Box Office Ticket Center.com I unknowingly purchased tickets from a secondary market for tickets to an event. I received e-tickets with someone else's name and I'm being charged in US funds.

I bought tickets to an event in Ottawa for August 16, 2019. I purchased these tickets from what I thought was Ticketmaster, instead I was directed to a site where the tickets were in US funds. I didn't realize that until I contacted my credit card and found the amount charged was $520.35. Originally., the cost of the tickets was supposed to be, $384.33. The tickets were sent electronically and had someone else's name on it. 

This concerned me so I sent several emails to the support center. After several emails, I finally received a response informing me that the tickets were not refundable, and that they were a secondary market that sells tickets when the primary market has limited tickets. I was informed the tickets were resold, and that was why the name was different. 

I paid almost double what the canadian sites charged. I don't think this is fair. My main concern is that the tickets are not valid. The tickets are for my son. I don't want him to go to the concert and find out the tickets are not valid and he can't attend the show. 

My credit card company said since the charge was already on the card, they couldn't remove it, unless I found out at the concert it was not valid, then they would refund my tickets. 

I'm not sure what to do...I don't care if I paid extra, that's my fault for not checking, but I don't want my son to wait in line for a concert then be told his tickets are not valid, and he misses the concert.

Not sure what to do...
