Boxofficetickets.com Incorrect Concert Date, NO information about service fee Nationwide

I called boxofficetickets.com on my way to work on August 26, 2014 to inquire about Kid Rock tickets.  I was told the tickets were 129.50 each, and I was also told that concert was on Friday, Sept. 6.  Since I was in the car, I had no way of knowing that the 6th was actually Saturday (of course the day I was working and couldn't attend the concert).  I purchased the tickets, was not given a total, and was told the tickets would be emailed directly. Well when I got the invoice, (with no tickets), I found out they charged my card 25$ for a service fee in addition to the ticket prices quoted, and that the concert was on SATURDAY, Sept. 6th, as well, the tickets didn't seem to match any rows listed on the venue as other tickets were.  I got the distinct feeling I got scammed.  Any company that does not disclose service fees or correct dates for concerts, let alone identifiable sections and seating is indeed a scam. RUN FAST, RUN FAR!
