I took my 1970 Chevelle to Boys Toys collision and custom paint.
Larry Blanton owner gave me an estimate for a complete body overhaul and paint job. After getting compettive bids I went back to him to find out when he would be able to start on my car. He assured me he could start immediately. I paid him half of the quote which was $3000.00. After a week he had not started on my car.
I went back in and told him I was removing my car because he had not started on it and it was sitting outside unprotected. He told me he had spent my money to pay bills and I would have to wait until he got an insurance settlement. He refuses to refund my money even though he did absolutely nothing to my car.
