bp gas station they are charging 389.9 for a gallon of 87 octane. but for 89 octane 4.89.9 a dollar more, when all the other bp stations are only 10-20 cents more for the 89 octane, this is price gouging marengo Illinois

bp gas station in marengo il is over charging his gas. sign says 389.9 for regular. but one grade up witch is only usally 10-20 cents more. he is charging 489.9 for 89 octane. one dollar more per gallon. all of the other bp stations in the same area are much lower  for their 89 octane. bp station site# is 9457888

Not a rip-off

This does not meet the definition of price gouging because your area is not in a state of emergency and there are many alternative sources available. A merchant has the right to charge whatever they want to charge for their product.
