First time doing business with BPI Services LLC I was pleased with the sod and it turned out nice. Second & last time I bought the same type of sod and got junk weeds that will never be a blade of grass! He says he is buying from another sod farm closer in now so he can save fuel and labor cost. They don't have the quality of sod that his original supplier has. We, the consumer, suffer so that he can save and make more money.

I asked him to see for himself at the jobsite and he said he would. He never did and I ultimately had to have the weeds removed and I payed for the removal for the second time out of my own pocket($200 x 2). I install but I contract out the removal of the sod.

Now I have to buy and install sod again at my own expense. I called him today and he is still unwilling to make any ammends to me cost wise. I would have been happy with a 50/50 compromise.

He is, by far, not the cheapest so you can't say I got what I paid for. Actually he is about the most expensive.

I work very hard to keep my company's good reputation and it's too bad this guy doesn't do the same. Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and treat him like the plague. You will be far better off in the long run!!
