Brace's Towing & Recovery $311.95 for 2.3 Mile Tow Rogers, Arkansas

The local police department contacted Brace's Towing to work an accident scene.

The driver hitched the vehicle and handed my son a business card and told him to have his mother call.

When I called they refused to give me the address where the vehicle was located. I was told to "take it up with the police, you're vehicle has been impounded" and I was hung up on.

I called the police who confirmed what I already knew. The vehicle was NOT impounded.

If I give Brace's the benefit of the doubt, they made a mistake about the impound and should have apologized and refunded most of their outrageos fee. However, the way they handled the situation tells me this was intentional to milk me for mileage and storage fees.

This company was unprofessional, rude, lied about more than one thing and is running a scam at $311.95 for what should have been a 2.3 mile tow.
