Bracy Designs Chris Bracy They will take your money, but will not deliver on schedule. Several empty promises, and will not give any refunds or credits Internet

I work for a tank manufacturing company that hired Bracy Designs to assist us in testing Novell GroupWise as a possible e-mail solution.  We currently use Novell, and Bracy Designs is the only Novell dealer in our area.

Our experience with Bracy Designs has been nothing but a nightmare.  During the process, there have been several system failures, and lack of communication from Chris Bracy, as if the only thing he cares about is our money.  While a nice person, Jeff Tyler gives me the impression that he is kept in the dark and does not know what Chris Bracy is doing.  They also had a turnover of two different system engineers during a 6 month period of the project.

What was supposed to take 2 months, became almost a year and a half.  When we would call Chris Bracy, we always got his voicemail 95% of the time, and it would take weeks to months for him to return our call and we are sitting ducks without our system working.  The only time Chris Bracy would promptly call us is when he expected payment.

I sent a complaint to Novell, as they may want to evaluate their standards for their partner program.  It shows why Novell lost its market share to Microsoft the way it has.

My overall impression of Bracy Designs is that Chris Bracy does not seem to have the drive to earn the money he so constantly bugs us to pay him.
