Brad A. Hodge Discount Wedding Photographer Wedding Photographer Lake Elsinore, , California

Brad A. Hodge of Discount Wedding Photography has failed to meet his contract obligation to us for  Wedding Photography package we paid for our event date of July 16, 2011.  We are one of more than 20 couples that Brad and Julie Hodge have wronged by failure to preform as described in our contracts.  Below is what Brad commits and agrees to in his contract between the "Client" and "Brad Hodge Photography"  "COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Brad Hodge Photography agrees to digitally process and print the images within a five (5) week period."

His failure to preform and meet his contract obligations are filled with excuses such as the following:  His wife is pregnant and having a difficult time.  He or his wife have been in a car accident, He our his wife have fallen down the stairs, he forgot about the wedding and blames his wife for marking the calendar wrong, the photos are beautiful and he has them all but needs just a little more time.  Brad is full of excuses and fails to preform, per his contract.  This is critical because he sets the terms of the contract, not the clients, yet fails to perform or meet his contract obligations.

Brad states on his website that he has a team and over 8 backup photographers that can not be confirmed or denied so far.  We do know that the two female photographers from our wedding have quit doing work for Brad for failure to pay them for their services preformed, as well as two additional photographers one male and another female.  Brad claims to be a professional photographer but appears to be more of a "Wedding Crasher" who is only there for the food and alcohol.   

Brad commits to only booking one wedding event per date but somehow booked 3 or 4 weddings on the same date in November 2011.  I wonder which event he attended and what excuses he gave the other couples.  Brad has ruined more than one brides and or clients most cherished day of their life.  Brad A Hodge of Lake Elsinore and Temecula California needs to be exposed for the unprofessional that he is, needs to refund monies he has taken fraudulently, needs to preform the contracts he has entered into,  at any cost or expense to him and needs to be brought to justice by any means allowable by law in the State of California. 

I do not recommend using Brad A Hodge from Discount Wedding Photography or any other DBA he is using to photograph your event or perform any services for you.
