On March 8, 2012 I purchased uQast, an internet marketing system. I felt comfortable making the purchase, because I saw a guarantee somewhere on the site that said I could get a refund within 30 days if I didn't like the product. Besides, Brad Fallon has been around for many years and has quite a good reputation. I was sure I was safe.
I checked the product out and thought about it over several days. I decided I already had products that did pretty much the same thing as uQast. I sent a request to the support desk asking for a refund and to have my subscription cancelled.
Within 2 minutes I had a response from Brad himself:
That's no problem - thanks for taking a look.I responded to his question two more times, and repeatedly let him know that I did not want to continue with uQast. His final email said,
Why did you decide it's not for you?

No worries - thanks for checking it out!I felt confident that he would be true to his word and refund my money and cancel my subscription.
On May 17th I was checking my credit card statements and discovered that not only did he not refund my money, he has taken two more payments!!
I am now in contact with my credit card company's dispute department, who promise to take care of this.
Several years ago, I had purchased a monthly newsletter subscription from Brad's company, decided it did nothing for me and had to fight long and hard to get my subscription cancelled. Forgot about that until now.
Would I ever do business with Brad Fallon again? NEVER!!

Brad Fallon makes good on refund

Shortly after I reported on Brad Fallon and uQast not only not refunding my money, but taking an additional two payments on my credit card, Brad Fallon replied that he didn't know what had happened, but that they would promptly refund my entire $300. And true to his word, I received three refunds into my credit card account.
So, I jumped the gun. The guy is not the crook I thought he was. My apologies to you, Brad.
