Attorney Brad Latta is an attorney that has low to little business ethics. Upon consultation for a case that I needed counsel for, I was give a price for how much the case was to cost, and paid it in its entirety. He mentioned that this was a retainer and this would cover the case. After doing nothing but filing the case and show up to do what I paid him to do, we had our second court date, which he lack to do his homework because the other attorney had a family problem and could not report to court.
 
Brad in turn gets mad and wants to take it out on someone. So what does he do, send me a 500.00 dollar bill demanding that I pay for his wasted time ( how is it my fault, You should have know that the defendents lawyer was not going to show, I paid you remember). Note I am his client. I in turn asked him of it, and he gave very dry answers like I could have charge you more for the calls and txts to me, Really, charges to your client for contacting you for an update. 

I am a straight forward person who appreciates business people that do so. I am telling no lies, nor am I holding anything back. I am not questioning his law abilites, just the fact that he is a unethical lawyer. If I knew he was going to charge me 400.00 for two hours of him so call talking to the judge and 100.00 for sending an email, I would have told him not to do it. Please be very cautious of the attorney.
