beware of this lying salesman. he sold dish television service to me and my friend and promised that he would pay our cancellation fees with directtv. he promised he would personally send me a check for my directtv fee and told me multiple times that he was sending it and i never recieved it at all. then he just started ignoring all of my calls for months. my friend experienced the exact same thing. i had to get the company he was working for to pay me the fee he promised. they said he was not working there anymore and because he did not write it down or report it to them they would only give me half. after dealing directly with them i found out that everything he kept telling me about paying my cancellation fee was a lie and he did not submit it. stay away from this salesman. he is a liar and he he will not give what he promises.

This complaint was resolved I was told "I will close the Better Business Bureau and all other complaints made" On 3/27/2016 at 11:30 AM via email from Mrs. Roth. Sadly, it is impossible to remove a complaint on this sight. I only hope that consumers read beyond the complaint, and verify that the issue was resolved.

I am glad to see that this report has finally persuaded you to take care of this. I tried to call you multiple times and left you multiple messages so I believe that you were well aware of the situation. I think that it is a little late for excuses and I am not interested in anything but just receiving my payment that was promised to me. Your email address is not visible in your rebuttal. This website has blocked it out so I will tell the company that you used to work when you promised me these things since they said they would handle this and they can give you my email address and where to send my payment.

I am incrediby sorry that I did not send the check that was promised. This was my responsibility to send. As you know, I no longer work for the company that provided you the service. However, I am a man of my word despite my actions in this situation. Please e-mail me the amount that I promised and I will send you a personal check. I apologize for any problems this may have caused you and hope you gan forgive me.
