There are no court records that appear for any lawsuits that ocurred. Provide proof of same. Why are there still complaints against you and nothing removed to show  court actions stating same.

To the author(s) of these rebuttals, please note that the author of the original Ripoff Reports was successfully identified and sued for defamation in BC Supreme Court.  Further, the author admitted prior to the trial that he created the fake aliases and the contents of each report was false and defamatory.  A court order has been issued to have these reports removed from the internet.  Anyone repeating the false claims in the reports verbally or in writing is just as guilty of the same offences as the author who originally posted them.

Braden will go to any extremee to extort people. Be aware and stay away. He owes a close friend of mine thousands of dollars. He's a con

This is a fake posting and whomever posted it is now facing criminal and civil charges for lible.  Also, this individual has violated the Freedom of Information Act by posting my personal contact information without my expressed permission.  I will be pursuing charges against this person for this violation as well.

I have never contracted with any trucker based in Boise, Idaho.  This anonymous source has no evidence of me ripping them off or anyone off in the city of Calgary. The claims in this report are malicious, unfounded, are not based on any facts, and are completely emotional.  Do not believe such ridiculous claims.

This same individual has also posted other fake RippOff reports about me on this site guised as other individuals.  I can easily prove this and will do so when we get to court.

To the author of this report, you have be warned.  Govern yourself accordingly.
