Braden Fellman Group LTD Worst Landlord EVER! Atlanta, Georgia

Where do I begin. It all started when they showed me a decent apartment and then when I moved in I got an apartment with rotten floors, stains in the bathtub, and crud all over the kitchen tile just to name a few things. Then, three months after I moved in they moved a chain-smoking OCD lady in below me. The building is so old it was like I was smoking in my own apartment because all of her smoke drifted through the vents and pipes. She also had no job and slept all day and stayed up all night slamming her cupboards, toilet seat, and other things. I complained SEVERAL HUNDRED times from August until I moved out in February to ignoring ears at the leasing office.

FINALLY at the end of December they offered for me to move, move to another apartment on the property, or stay until they kicked her out (yeah right). It was pretty clear I wanted to move and then when I found a place at the end of January they changed their mind and would not let me. I had to pay them one month's rent along with the rent at the new place. I have a persistant cough from breathing her cigarette smoke for 8 months and had even saw my doctor about it and she wrote Braden fellman a letter explaining that I should be able to move and it was ignored too. Braden Fellman could care less about their tenants. All they care about is collecting the rent on their broken down, scummy, roach infested apartments.
